Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pars Trade website, journal and verification services (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in (including with Google) or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Pars Trade provides tools to record and review your own trades, and a process in which traders can have their track record screened and reviewed. Traders who pass screening may receive a public profile.

Pars Trade is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or fund manager. We do not hold funds, execute trades or manage money, and nothing on the Service — including analytics, reviews, verification levels or trader profiles — is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to follow any trader.

Trading financial instruments, including forex, CFDs, futures and crypto-assets, carries a high risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone. Past performance — verified or not — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
• Keep your password and your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly at support@parstrade.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.
• If you sign in with Google, your use of Google is also governed by Google's own terms. Signing in with Google links your Google account to your Pars Trade account as described in the Privacy Policy.

You keep ownership of the trades, notes, screenshots and other material you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Pars Trade a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content as needed to operate the Service — for example to calculate your statistics, to let reviewers assess a verification application, and to show the public profile of a trader who has qualified for one.

You confirm you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

Verification is a review of the evidence you provide, carried out by our reviewers under published criteria. It is a statement about that evidence at that time, not a guarantee of a trader's skill, honesty or future performance.

Submitting falsified, altered or someone else's evidence is a serious breach of these Terms and will lead to rejection, removal of any verification and closure of the account. You may appeal a decision through the appeals process on the Service.

You agree not to:

• misrepresent your identity or trading record, or impersonate another person;
• use the Service to solicit investments, offer signals for payment or promote financial products without our written permission;
• access other users' data, probe or attack the Service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
• scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data by automated means;
• upload malware or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing;
• share your account or let others use it.

The Service, including its software, design, text and marks, belongs to Pars Trade or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance or security.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, puts other users or the Service at risk, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 8, 11 and 12) continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pars Trade disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data or statistics.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pars Trade is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content, verification or profile on it.

You agree to indemnify Pars Trade against claims arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision; for significant changes we will notify you inside the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
